Questions Buyers Actually Ask

Battery chemistry, road legality, container counts — the practical stuff, answered before you ask.

Lead-acid or lithium battery?
Standard configuration is 5 × 12 V lead-acid (100 Ah or 110 Ah depending on model). Two lithium options are available: 72 V 150 Ah and 64E130. Lithium weighs less, charges faster and handles deep discharge better, but adds cost and UN38.3 packing requirements for shipping.
What speed and range can I expect?
Top speed is 40 km/h (adjustable down for resort or course rules). Range is more than 70 km on 100 Ah models and more than 90 km on 110 Ah models, per charge, at 80% discharge.
Can the carts be driven on public roads?
These are low-speed electric vehicles designed for private roads, resorts, courses and communities. Road legality depends on your country's LSV rules — tell us your market and we'll confirm which lights, mirrors and documents you need.
How many carts fit in one container?
Because of KD (knocked-down) packing, a 40 ft container holds significantly more carts than fully-built loading. Send us your model mix and we'll reply with the exact count and CBM.
Can I have my own brand on the carts?
Yes. OEM branding covers body decals, seat embroidery, steering wheel logo, and any PANTONE color. Minimum order quantities apply for full custom paint — ask for details.
What's the charging situation?
Onboard smart charger with auto shut-off runs on 110 V or 220 V. Tell us your country so we ship the right plug. Full charge takes 6–8 hours.
What about warranty and spare parts?
Every order ships with a spare kit (tires, brake pads, fuses, controller). The factory supports controllers and motors long-term — parts are shared across the whole platform, which keeps a mixed fleet simple.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes — Xuzhou is about 3 hours from Shanghai by high-speed rail. We also do live video factory walks and pre-shipment inspections on request.
How many carts does a full tee sheet need?
For a daily-fee 18-hole course, most managers plan 60–80 carts including a 10% spare buffer; private clubs usually run 40–60. Send us your tee interval and hole count and we will return a recommended fleet split by model.
Will the carts fit standard golf cart paths?
Body width is 1,250 mm on the cargo-bed model and 1,350–1,380 mm on the passenger models, with a 3.3–3.5 m turning radius — within the usual course path envelope. If your loop has unusually tight bridges, tell us and we will check the wide-body 4+2 against it.
