KD Packing, Step by Step
Each cart is disassembled into major modules: roof, seats, steering wheel, wheels and body panels. Every part is bubble-wrapped and fixed to a steel-frame metal pallet.
The palletized modules are loaded into export-grade, fumigation-free wooden crates. Compared with fully-built carts, KD packing fits noticeably more units per 40 ft container — ask us for the exact count for your model mix.
